SUMMARY:Closing Weekend for the 2024 Dive Season
DESCRIPTION:Sadly\, our last regular weekend for the 2024 dive season will be October 26/27th. (8am-5pm)\n\nWe hope you will join us for a few more fun dives to close out the season. October water is excellent dive water.\nDon’t forget about this year’s Christmas Tree dive on Sunday\, December 1st\, 2024! (Open 10am – 2pm for diving)\n\nBy this date\, 5mm-7mm suits are recommended.Wetsuit rental (full 7mm) is available for $20 per day.

DESCRIPTION:Do you want to extend your dive time and explore the dive sites you love for longer? Join the SSI Enriched Air Nitrox specialty program and become a nitrox diver! This is the perfect course to get the most out of your dive time\, especially on multi-dive days\, and helps minimize diver fatigue. \nSSI Enriched Air Nitrox program will teach you how to safely plan and dive with enriched air mixtures of up to 40% oxygen. Diving with enriched air can increase your no-decompression limits\, increase your safety\, and reduce the required length of your surface intervals when compared to air. The Indy Dive Center has tuned the course to provide you with the skills to finely control your buoyancy underwater. \n\nBuoyancy control is what defines skilled scuba divers. You’ve seen them underwater. They glide effortlessly\, use less air and ascend\, descend or hover almost as if by thought. They more easily observe aquatic life without disturbing their surroundings. You can achieve this\, too. The SSI Perfect Buoyancy Specialty course improves the buoyancy skills you learned as a new diver and elevates you to the next level. \nThe SSI Perfect Buoyancy program teaches you the skills and techniques needed to maximize your dive experience\, increase your comfort in the water\, and get the most from your equipment.
